February marks Payroll Giving Month, where we're emphasising the simplicity and tax efficiency of payroll giving. By setting up a regular gift through your payroll, you can extend your support to hardworking seafarers and their families, making a meaningful impact.
We also want to invite you to save the date for an enlightening webinar we're hosting with ISWAN and Nautilus International on 20 March to address the welfare gap in the private yachting sector.
Furthermore, we're thrilled to announce our collaboration with The Nautical Institute, focusing on leadership and management, fishing industry promotion and recognition, initiatives supporting women working at sea, and work needed to prepare our mariners for the next generation of green fuels.
Lastly, February is also LGBT+ History Month in the UK, and we want to highlight the Coming Out Toolkit we introduced in July 2022 to support our LGBT+ staff and foster allyship among team members.
