Seapost - December 2022

Following on from an unprecedented period which has seen seafarers’ welfare severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, 2022 has undoubtedly brought new challenges for many seafarers, with the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, mass P&O Ferries sackings and the cost-of-living crisis affecting seafaring communities both in the UK and internationally. We are now rolling out an emergency programme to fund urgently needed support for seafarers struggling with the rising cost of living.
