Our grant funding supports frontline organisations and projects that provide essential help for seafarers and their families in crisis. Each grant application is assessed against our core goals to ensure the support provided to ensure that your donations go to where the need is greatest.

Women in Transport
The 2nd Equity Index aims to transform the transport sector by tackling gender diversity through in-depth data analysis. It enhances seafarers' career flexibility between sea & shore roles, improving work-life balance. The project supports seafarers' transition to onshore roles by showcasing best practices & recognising transferable skills. This approach fosters inclusivity, attracts diverse talent & drives sector-wide improvements benefiting maritime workers and the broader transport industry.

I Exist Too
Funding to support the "I Exist Too 2025 Forum to be held on the 7th and 8th of May 2025 in Malta. Entitled Humanising the Maritime Industry, it seeks to champion transformative changes within the maritime sector for LGBTQI+ professionals.

I Exist Too
Funding to establish the first trans-national mentorship programme that connects LGBTQIA+ individuals in the maritime sector with professionals and industry leaders to receive guidance, support and professional development opportunities.

Human Rights At Sea
Funding to support HRAS’s efforts on advancing the Geneva Declaration on Human Rights at Sea (GDHRAS) as a Resolution for adoption at the United Nations.
